Terms & Conditions - Transfer Services
By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our application through whatever platform, and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and adhere to the terms and conditions as per below.
The Contract
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow.
1. By making a booking with our Company, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Once you have placed your booking online the transfer is then paid for in full via our website. Completed your payment Aequa Limo Car Service & Private Tours will send via email your booking vouchers for the service/s. Please make sure all the details are correct that the correct date is supplied and time and pick up location indicated.
3. The customer, having received the transfer confirmation, checks its contents and reports any discrepancies via email to info@aequalimo.com within the following 48 hours.
4. Personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11, No DL 30/6/2003 196 or so legally and correctly, in ways that do not exceed the purpose for the collection and relevance to them, keeping only for as long as necessary and not beyond, respecting the minimum standards of security under Article. 31, No DL 30/6/2003 196 and Annex B of the same Decree.
5. The transfer with pick up at the Airport include 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 30€. In case you loose your luggage please come outside to advise your driver so that he does not leave without you, and you do not incur any extra costs. The customs police will allow you to re-enter the lost and found zone.
6. The transfer with pick up at the Rail Stations include 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 30€.
7. Aequa Limo Car Service & Private Tours is not responsable for any items left in the car please check that one has collected everything from the car once arrived at your destination.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement.
9. In any case, the customer will be granted the rights as per the Consumer Code (Decr.Legisl. N.206 / 2005).
Cancellation Policy
Once they have been paid for the transfers are not refundable.
- Aequa Limo Car Service & Private Tours only will refund 50% if the flight or the trip has been cancelled for bad weather condition or strikes.
- Aequa Limo Car Service & Private Tours will not be held liable for missed flights.
